BUZON polypropylene pedestals:
Buzon Screwjack Pedestals are used to support paving slabs (or wooden tiles/slats) laid for pedestrian use in
areas such as terraces, plazas, balconies, roof gardens, leisure decks, technical grating or footboards for
factories, etc.
The Buzon pedestal system is millimetrically adjustable and can be installed in numerous configurations.
The pedestals make it possible to adjust the level of the suspended platform from
32 to 620 mm.
There are also fixed heights of 17 and 28mm.
To provide a joint between the paving slabs of a pedestrian terrace, the head of the pedestal has 4 separation
spacers (tabs range from 2 – 10mm thick). This ensures the proper drainage of rainwater or snow .The
separation spacers can be easily removed when the pedestal has to be arranged around the perimeter and at
corners of the walls and/or when used for supporting timber joists.
